Celebrating and Paying Tribute to a Great NEXSAN, Paul Che Elung

Paul Elung Che, Former General Manager of Cameroon’s Treasury Becomes CSPH GM (Business in Cameroon) – Paul Elung Che, 45, has been appointed General Manager of Cameroon’s Hydrocarbons Prices Stabilization Fund (CSPH). In a decree signed by President Paul Biya, late Friday April 26, 2013, the new GM of CSPH replaces Ibrahim Talba Mala appointed GM of Cameroon’s National Refinery, SONARA last February. Former General Manager of the Cameroon Treasury, Paul Elung Che was sacked on February 19, 2009 after one year in office. He was the pioneer General Manager (GM) of Treasury, Financial Cooperation and Monetary Affairs. After his dismissal, he remained in the corridors of the Ministry of Finance. Before now, Elung Che had been Paymaster-General for the Northwest Region and later occupied the same position in the Southwest Region for over six years.
